I am a heart-centred Stress Management Facilitator, Self-Care Coach & Parent Educator who guides and supports clients to reduce stress, take care of themselves better and build a life they love.
I use a blend of stress coaching processes & frameworks, NLP techniques, EFT Tapping (emotional freedom technique), tension release exercises and mindfulness-based-stress-reduction tools. Together we work to create more self-awareness, self-understanding & compassion, and to consciously make new decisions and choices to SIMPLIFY life and remove what has been blocking peace, joy and serenity. In a gentle, compassionate space I provide the safety, awareness and empowering tools needed to reduce and manage stress, step out of fear, tension and repressed emotions and to walk more confidently into a calmer, more balanced and harmonious way of life.

Many people say they cannot enjoy today because of something that happened in the past. Because they did not do something or do it in a certain way in the past, they cannot live a full life today. Because they no longer have something they had in the past, they cannot enjoy today.
Stress is a fear reaction to life and to the constant change that is inevitable. Stress has become a catchword: we use it as an excuse for not taking responsibility for our feelings, above all our fear. But if you can equate stresswith fear—and understand that feeling stressed is really a fearful reaction—you can begin to eliminate the need for stress in your life.
PEOPLE OFTEN ASK, “What are affirmations and how can I use them?” An affirmation is any statement that we make—whether positive or negative. Our thoughts are like continual prayers being sent out into the the ethers - but are the consistent with what we want to create or are they aligned with fear, lack and unworthiness? If positive affirmations/prayers are used consistently, they become ingrained beliefs and will always produce results, sometimes in ways that we cannot even imagine.
